It will take a little more time and effort than you would normally do. You should do a 1 hour workout for at least 10 of the 14 days. At least 5 days a week.
It is very important to use one method or the other, not both. You don't want to do heavy workouts while simuntaneously trying to lose water weight. This could lead to dangers such as dehydration.
If you choose the exercise route you'll need your strength. Try to cut your carbs and eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, and protein. When your cooking use healthy oils like olive and canola oil.
So that's how to lose 20 pounds in 14 days. I know it won't be easy but it is achieveable if you want it bad enough.
